ICEM Product Support Migration

This information is intended to inform you that in order to facilitate customer interactions and simplify its worldwide operations, Dassault Systèmes has decided to consolidate the ordering and support centres of its group companies throughout the world.

One consequence of this is that the Dassault Systèmes group company, ICEM International Ltd., will be restructured and its agreements will consequently be transferred to and continued by another entity within the Dassault Systèmes Group. Dassault Systèmes will be both pleased and honoured to welcome you as a DS customer upon the Transfer Date.

It goes without saying that in order to respond to the immediate needs of your teams immediately following the Transfer Date, your ICEM sales contact will manage your Contract(s) and the applicable DS Business Administration practices in your country.

Dassault Systèmes has also harmonised its support services systems, by transitioning the ICEM.com/User Community website to the Dassault Systèmes customer support tools, whereby you will receive the same level of attention and quality of service previously available to you.
